Hi! I’m Ashley—a personal trainer and coach with over 20 years of experience helping people feel strong, confident, and in control of their health.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Georgia Southwestern State University and a Master’s in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology with a concentration in Athlete Development from the University of Florida. (Go Gators!)
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from beginners to seasoned athletes—and I believe fitness should support your life, not stress it out. My approach is rooted in science, and built around sustainable, customized plans that meet you where you are and grow with you.
Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, energy, longevity, or just finding a routine that actually sticks, I’m here to bring expert guidance, accountability, and encouragement every step of the way.

I am a mother and sunset chaser. I even enjoy a good sunrise every now and then! I crave new adventures and being on the go! However, I appreciate routine and my daily schedule. Fitness has been a part of my life since the age of 15, but the real shift occurred for me after becoming a mother. Life’s focus became more about balance and the example that I am setting for my daughter. I had to quickly learn to apply my own advice and take care of my needs first, before taking care of others.
When I am not training clients or myself, you can probably find me near the beach. Give me all of the sunshine, water, and sunscreen!
